SS18 RELEASE PARTY ON SPRING EQUINOX
Tuesday March 20th marks the beginning of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and we'll be releasing Field Day's SS18 collection with a celebration at the shop.
Local florist Rebecca Bautista @claremonflorist will be popping up with flowers to bring cheer to your home and welcome in the Spring.  

Nervine Fabric Release    
Spring Equinox is a time for planting seeds, both literally and figuratively. We'll provide seeds from two of the herbs included in the print, Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) and Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), soil, seed starter pots and any supplies you might need to add a written intention to your new plant baby. We're excited to be traveling just a little farther north of Oakland to West County Herb Co. in Occidental,CA to participate in their second Indie Designer Trunk Show on March 18th alongside some other amazing makers.

SAD NEWS ABOUT THE WARRIOR
Heartbroken to say that our beloved Warrior was wrecked beyond repair by a mentally ill individual and a fork lift this past Sunday night. More than just a vehicle, this chariot held 9 years of cross-country adventures under its cozy roof. It was an integral part of our growth & freedom. We were able to travel near and far to independent shows and fairs.
The insurance company has informed us that they have to total our good buddy because of structural integrity from the damage. A search for a new Field Day road companion will begin soon.

We are so incredibly grateful for all of the support we have received from our community and fans, near and far. It really helps keep our heads up though this hardship.  
OSTARA
The days are slowly getting sunnier, the air is still cold and wet, but the first signs of spring will start appearing this month. Spring Equinox, also known as Ostara, is traditionally a time for celebrating new beginnings, and embracing the light. Ostara is the goddess of dawn, she ushers in budding plants and fertile earth. Winter offers us a time to reflect and look inward, perhaps confront some dark, to learn and plan for growth. Spring is fertile ground to use that introspective knowledge and plant intentions, reawaken and celebrate! February ended on a strange and sad note for Field Day, but we are optimistic and excited to plant seeds for the future.
